Regent University Unveils Institute of Music & Worship
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (Dec. 6, 2022) – Regent University is pleased to announce the new Institute of Music & Worship – a world-class center for innovative training in music and worship arts. In collaboration with the School of Communication and the Arts, the Institute of Music & Worship will train the next generation of musicians and worship leaders for global impact.

Through the Institute of Music & Worship, students will learn to become skilled musicians, worship leaders, composers, recording artists, and multimedia technicians for a broad range of careers. The Institute will collaborate with the School of Communication and the Arts to offer musical training and degree programs in contemporary and traditional music forms.

This Saturday, December 10 at 8:00 pm, the Institute of Music & Worship will host its inaugural Christmas Concert in the Dede Robertson Theatre at Regent University. Christmas classics will be performed by the Regent University Singers and the Tidewater Winds, a 50-piece concert band.
