Honors College Scholarships

Honors Scholarship

Each Honors College student at Regent University is awarded a $2,000 annual scholarship, totaling $8,000 over four years, to be applied exclusively to tuition. It may be combined with the Merit Scholarship and other financial aid.

Honors Bound College Scholarship Competition

COMPETE FOR EXCLUSIVE HONORS COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS

Regent University offers full and partial scholarship opportunities to new students through Honors Bound: The Honors College Scholarship Competition. All Honors College candidates are encouraged to attend College Preview Weekend where they can attend Honors Bound: The Honors College Scholarship Competition — including a full-tuition scholarship! If you are unable to attend Honors Bound, you may inquire further by emailing undergrad@regent.edu.

Honors Bound Event Dates & Details

The next Honors Bound event will take place during College Preview Weekend, from November 6 to 8, 2025. For more information about Honors Bound events, contact our Office of Undergraduate Admissions at undergrad@regent.edu or 757.352.4960.

IF I AM INVITED TO ATTEND AN HONORS BOUND EVENT, WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

At Honors Bound during College Preview Weekend, you will have the opportunity to meet current Honors College students and professors, hear from the Dean of the Honors College, and get a glimpse of what life is like as a Regent student.

WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS?

You must be an accepted on-campus student at Regent University.
You must be a high school senior to apply to the Honors College.
You must meet all Honors College application and RSVP deadlines. (View the Honors College admissions requirements.)

While admissions acceptance is required to participate in the Honors Bound event, it does not obligate the applicant to attend Regent University. We highly encourage all students interested in the Honors College and other scholarship opportunities to apply for admission to Regent University.

WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES TO ATTEND AN HONORS BOUND EVENT?

Deadline to apply to the Honors College: May 1, 2026*

*Students interested in attending the Honors Bound event must first apply to Regent University AND apply to the Honors College to allow time for the selection committee to review the application.

**If you are invited to attend the Honors Bound event, we recommend that you RSVP within 24-48 hours — spots are limited!
