Regent’s School of Education Offering Free Webinars Amidst Social Distancing
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (April 8, 2020) – Regent University’s School of Education (SOE) has developed a free webinar series geared toward helping teachers, administrators and parents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Kurt Kreassig, Ed.D., dean of SOE, will facilitate the webinars, which will be presented by the school’s award-winning faculty. The purpose is to provide online learning and coping strategies teachers and parents can use to engage children at home.
“During this time of social distancing, children need to feel connected to their teachers and coursework. Our team understands that many students feel vulnerable right now and parents need educational resources to help navigate a better online learning experience for their children. We hope these webinars make life a little easier for teachers, parents and students,” said Kreassig.
All webinars will run from 12-12:30 p.m. Simply type your name into the prompt and register as a guest to join the session!
