VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (April 5, 2021) – Regent University’s School of Divinity will host a webinar on the topic of revival, titled “For the Church. By the Church,” on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. The event will feature speakers Sean Feucht, missionary, author, activist, and the founder of the worldwide movements Burn 27-7, Light A Candle, and Hold the Line, along with Brian Britton, revivalist at IRIS Global, and international director at Harvest Family Network.
Corné J. Bekker, D. Litt. et Phil., dean and professor of the School of Divinity, will facilitate the webinar. “Revival is a crucial part of the Christian life,” Bekker said. “God desires for His people to humble themselves, pray, and hunger for His presence. Through revival brought by God, lives are restored, countries are healed and united, and the Church is emboldened to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ.”
