“For me, it’s a direct reflection of what I learned at Regent that made me want to create these companies and have the impact I’m having.”

Jason Carthen, Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, 2009 NFL linebacker, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, coach, radio host, best-selling author

“My mentor is very encouraging, helps me evaluate options after I graduate, and provides perspective, information, and wise options for right now and for the future. The program is very valuable. It helps students have a perspective of what is happening in the real world now. Having a mentor as a guide is key to our success and our decision-making for the future! I very much appreciate my mentor and the mentor program! Thank you.”

Faith Huertas, MBA, 2024 Mentee

“I cannot begin to express the overwhelming joy and excitement of being mentored in Regent’s Executive Mentorship Program. I've poured into others for years – and will continue to so – but it was so refreshing, so liberating, and so empowering to have a mentor who encouraged me to pursue my goals, dreams, and aspirations. On a scale of 1 to 10, Regent’s executive mentors are a 20!”

Chenille White, Ph.D. Organizational Leadership, 2024 Mentee

“Regent does a really good job of helping you realize that you are supposed to do something, and I’m appreciative for that exposure and experience.”

Kenneth Chandler, Doctor of Strategic Leadership, 2015
