Judge H. Thomas Padrick Jr., (Ret.)

Bio

Thomas Padrick, Jr. is a retired judge of the Second Judicial Circuit of the Commonwealth of Virginia.  He served with distinction in that position for twenty-three years.  Prior to that he was a judge in the Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court for five years.

Judge Padrick is a member of the California, Maryland, District of Columbia, Washington State, and Virginia Bars.

He has been an adjunct professor at Regent Law School since 2005 and has taught over thirteen different subjects during this timeframe. He also has served as an adjunct professor at Handong International Law School since 2012.
