In compliance with the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA),
Regent University provides students with an annual consumer
disclosure report.
Included herein is the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report,
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA),
and a link to general HEA Student Consumer Information.
Campus Security and Fire Safety Report
This annual report provides statistics for the previous three (3)
years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus;
in certain off‐campus buildings or property owned or controlled by
Regent University; and, on our public property within, or
immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
Family Education Rights and Privacy Act Of 1974 (FERPA)
FERPA sets limits on the disclosure of personally identifiable
information from school records and provides students the right to
review their education records, to seek to amend inaccurate
information in their records, and to provide consent for the
disclosure of their records. This applies to all education records
for admitted students including admission records, academic records,
and financial aid records pertaining to that student.
Students Right-To-Know
This disclosure provides completion and graduation rates of
Regent's full-time, first‐time degree seeking undergraduates
and student athletes.
Equity In Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)
This EADA report is designed to make prospective students
aware of a school's commitment to providing equitable athletic
opportunities for its men and women students.
Notification
Students may choose to opt‐out of electronic Financial Aid
notifications by submitting a written request to the Financial
Aid Office. Students may also request paper copies of all Financial
Aid notification. Requests for paper notifications or to opt‐out of
electronic notifications may be mailed or sent via email to the
Student Financial Aid office.
